What is your term of delivery?

It depends, we accept EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU, DDP, etc.
What kind of payment do you accept ?

T/T,L/C, etc.
What information should I let you know if I want to get an accurate quotation?

1) The Packaging Box pattern.
2) The size of the production (Length*Width*Height)
3) The material and surface handing
4) The printing colors
5) If it is possible, please also provide with pictures or design for checking. Sample will be best for clarifying, If not, we will recommend relevant products with details for reference.
Can i get a sample before place an order? How soon？any charges？And how about mass production?

1) We can offer you a sample and it usually need 3-7days.
2) The charges is depending on the sample request, sometimes is free,sometimes we charge few cost.
3) The mass production will be finished between 15 days and 30days.
What is your minimum order quantity?

MOQ is between 1000-10000, the quantity varies with different products. Please contact us for specific information
Can you accept customer design？And do you offer design for us?

Yes, Both are acceptable. We have two specialized design centers that provide designs
